NCL Industries is a South-India based cement manufacturing company. Its other products are cement bonded particle boards, prefabricated shelters and power generation. It has a Ready mix concrete (RMC) division too. Cement constitutes 85% of its revenues as per the financial statement of 2022-23. The company has undertaken capacity expansion of its cement division as well as other businesses. The equity base of the company is ₹45.23 crore and it has very low outstanding debt. The company has a P/E ratio of 12 which is low among its peers in cement industry. Its revenue during the last nine months ending December 2023 is ₹1376/- and net profit is ₹60 crore. It is presently traded around ₹207/- in the stock market.

India’s ongoing infrastructure development makes cement an integral part of the construction sector. This includes projects like roads, bridges, buildings, and dams, all requiring significant amounts of cement. Moreover, Government investment in infrastructure acts as a reliable tailwind for cement companies, fueling consistent demand. The overall favourable social, market and economic scenario makes this undervalued company with very promising fundamentals a good bet as a long term investment opportunity.
